STEPS FOR SUBMISSION OF ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

i) Candidate seeking admission in MAITREYA SCHOOL, DEOGHAR may apply online on the School website: www.maitreyaschool.co.in.
ii) Before applying Online, the candidates must possess the scanned images as below:-

• Passport size photograph of the candidate in JPG format of maximum 100 kb. The dimension of the photograph should be 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height).
• Postcard size Family photograph in JPG format of maximum 300 kb. The dimension of the photograph should be 3.5 cm (width) x 1.5 cm (height).
• Aadhar of a candidate in jpg format.
• Caste Certificate if applicable.
• PWD Certificate if applicable.

iii) After filling in all the details for applying online the candidates have to select the option of payment of the examination fee either by credit/debit card/Net banking.
iv) The candidate must keep a printout of the application form (confirmation page) for their own record.
v) The candidates are required to bring all original documents as given below along with their printout of online application receipt on the day of interview.
